Rajmohar allows customers to cancel their orders to some extent.
Cancellation: If a customer ordered the product as a registered user, he/she can cancel the order online by logging into his/her account at the website. Customers will find the option for canceling orders in “My Orders”. Canceling orders online is possible only before the product is shipped. If a customer ordered as a guest user, he/she can request to cancel the order by just dropping an e-mail at email@example.com. Customers need to mention the order ID in their request.
Cancellation of “shipped” orders: Shipped order can not be cancelled from our side. In the case you can ask the delivery boy to send it back at the time he comes at your place.
Refund: Your entire order amount will be refunded in case of prepaid order cancellation before shipping. If the cancellation request is made after shipping the product, a refund is processed upon receiving the originally ordered item back from the courier. In this case shipping cost for single side is Rs. 49 shall be deducted. Refund will be credited as “Rajmohar Money” into your account (if you have created it by registering with us), else we can do a refund via NEFT or online transfer into your bank account within 5 business days.
Exception: Orders containing personalized jewelry, customized items, and charms jewelry shall be treated as FINAL SALE and cannot be canceled.
